DELIVERY POLICY

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returning merchandise is simple, just make sure you make a return merchandise request and then get the merchandise back to us within 10 days. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days. Returns made later may be accepted at the discretion of Maison Bourdon.

No refunds or exchanges after 10 days.

1- The returned merchandise must be new and unused, and the Maison Bourdon or product labels must be attached. Merchandise returned damaged, used, engraved, altered or resized may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. 

2- If applicable, packaging supplies such as cards
of authenticity, certificates, and labels must be included in the return. 

3- All returned merchandise must be authorized by Maison Bourdon. 

4- Unidentified returns may be returned to sender. 

5- Please note that you cannot return merchandise purchased on sale, engraved or return custom designs.

6- If the merchandise is damaged due to insufficient packaging, it may not be accepted. 


 
You can request a refund by email: infos@maisonbourdon.com.We will ask you the reason for your return and we will communicate to you as soon as possible. 


Packaging of the goods

Pack the merchandise in the original packaging supplies and documents (remember to insert certificates if applicable to your purchase). 

Be sure to include return documents (invoice, packing slip, etc.).

Maison Bourdon is not responsible for the loss or theft of returned merchandise sent by mail. If you wish to send your return in a cardboard box, you can purchase it at a post office, depending on your needs. 


Return Process

Upon receipt of the goods, we will inspect and check the condition of the product upon receipt. Returns may take up to five business days to process after receipt of merchandise. Maison Bourdon will reimburse the total cost of the merchandise, but the costs related to the return such as mail, transport, packaging, transport will be at your expense. 
Refunds will be issued based on the payment method used at the time of original purchase. Refunds for purchases made online will be made to the credit card used at the time of the original purchase. 

There is a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects in the frame. No guarantee is given on the lenses.
